Terms of Service
Effective date: 10 August 2026
Last updated: 10 August 2026
1. Who we are, and what these terms cover
These websites are operated by Odisea Sports Management, L.L.C. (EIN 84-2485509), of 964 High House Road, Cary, NC 27513, United States of America ("Odisea", "we", "us"), operating under the brands Odisea Sports, FC Odisea, Odisea Golf, and OSM.
These Terms of Service govern your use of our websites:
- odiseasports.com
- shop.odiseasports.com
- academy.odiseasports.com
By using the websites you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the websites.
2. Relationship to other documents
- Shop purchases are governed by the shop's Conditions of Sale and Return Policy, which prevail over these terms for any purchase. Shop orders are sold and invoiced by Odisea Sports Management, L.L.C.
- Program enrollment (academy, camps, tours, and related services) is governed exclusively by the signed enrollment agreement between you and the contracting Odisea entity. Nothing on the websites forms part of that contract, and in any conflict the signed agreement prevails.
- Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Website content is information, not an offer or a promise
Content on the websites — program descriptions, pricing indications, schedules, facilities, and outcomes — is provided for information and may change. It is not a contractual offer. In particular, nothing on the websites guarantees admission to any program, a scholarship, a college placement, or any athletic or academic outcome.
4. Intellectual property
The websites and their content — including the Odisea Sports, FC Odisea, Odisea Golf, and OSM names, crests, and logos, and all text, images, video, and design — are owned by Odisea or licensed to it. Third-party marks (for example, product brands sold in the shop) belong to their owners. You may browse, download, and print content for personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction or use requires our prior written permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the websites unlawfully or in a way that harms Odisea, its players, or other users;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the websites, accounts, or systems;
- scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content or personal data;
- upload malicious code or interfere with the websites' operation;
- impersonate any person, or misrepresent your affiliation with anyone.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
6. Accounts and submissions
Where a site allows you to create an account or submit information (enquiry and application forms), you are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit and for keeping your credentials confidential. Submitting an application through a website does not by itself create any enrollment relationship (see section 2).
7. Third-party links
The websites link to third-party sites — federations, partners, payment providers, and social networks. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The websites are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties regarding the websites' availability, accuracy, and fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the websites. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law — including, for consumers in the European Union, rights under mandatory consumer-protection rules, which remain unaffected.
9. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, and disputes arising from use of the websites shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina. If you are a consumer habitually resident in the European Union, you additionally retain any protections and jurisdictional rights granted by the mandatory laws of your country of residence, and nothing in this clause deprives you of them.
10. Minors
The websites are not directed at children under 13. Program applications for minors must be made by a parent or legal guardian.
11. Changes, severability, contact
We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date shows the current version, and continued use after changes means acceptance. If any provision is held invalid, the rest remains in effect. Questions: info@odiseasports.com, or either address in section 1.
