This policy explains how the websites that Odisea Sports Management, L.L.C. operates under its brands use cookies and similar technologies, and how you control them. The websites it covers are listed in the cookie inventory at the end of this policy. It complements our Privacy Policy, published at odiseasports.com/privacy/, which explains how we handle personal data and the rights you have.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. Some are needed for a site to work; others are used only with your consent. The rules that govern cookies apply to anything stored on or read from your device, not only to cookies as such, and this policy uses "cookies" in that wider sense.

2. The kinds of cookies we use

• Necessary. Needed for a site to work or to give you something you asked for, such as remembering your cookie choice or keeping a shopping cart. They are always on, because a site cannot work without them, and they are not used to follow you or to build a profile of you.
• Analytics. Used to understand how visitors use our websites, for example which pages are visited, how long people stay on a page, what they click and how far they scroll, so that we can improve the sites. Used only with your consent.
• Advertising. Used to measure how our advertising performs and to show our ads to you on other websites based on your visits to ours. Used only with your consent.

We also count visits with a measurement service that stores nothing on your device and does not follow you between websites. It reports totals, such as page views, the page a visitor came from, and their country and type of device, never a profile of an individual.

Some analytics and advertising cookies are set by third-party providers that supply those services to us. The inventory names each provider. When a provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, the safeguards described in our Privacy Policy apply.

3. How we ask for your consent

The first time you visit one of our websites that uses analytics or advertising cookies, we ask before setting any. Until you choose, no analytics or advertising cookie is set or read, and no request is sent to those providers.

You can accept all of them, reject all of them, or choose by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting: both are offered at the same time, in the same way. No category is selected for you in advance, and every site works fully whatever you choose.

We record your choice in a necessary cookie on your device. Where the inventory says that several of our websites share that record, a choice made on one of them applies on all of them. We ask again when the record expires, and when we change what a category covers.

4. Changing your mind

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it, with the Cookie settings control at the foot of every page of the websites concerned, or on the page that publishes this policy. A withdrawal takes effect from that moment: no further analytics or advertising data is collected, and we delete the analytics and advertising cookies our sites can reach. It does not affect what was collected while your consent was in place.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you block necessary cookies, some features may not work, and a site will ask for your cookie choice again on your next visit.

5. The online shop

Our online shop runs on a different platform. It asks for your consent with its own banner and keeps its own record of your choice, which you can change in its own cookie settings. A choice made there does not carry over to our other websites, or the other way round. Its cookies are listed in the inventory.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy, and the version in force is always the one published at odiseasports.com/cookies/. If a change alters what a category covers or how we ask for consent, we will ask for your choice again. The cookie inventory is kept up to date without a new version of this policy, and is always the then-current inventory. References in this policy to a website, a service, a law or another of our documents include its successors and replacements.

The then-current list of the cookies set on our websites. It is updated whenever a cookie is added, removed or changed, without a new version of this policy.

Advertising. No advertising cookie is set on these four sites at present. If you allow advertising, Google may use the data from Google Analytics to measure our advertising and to build audiences for our ads in its advertising products. If we add advertising tags, their cookies are listed here before those tags run.

Measurement without cookies. These four sites also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which stores nothing on your device. It runs for every visitor and offers nothing to switch off.

Google Analytics stores _ga for odiseasports.com as a whole, so the shop and the other four sites can read the same cookie, each only where you have allowed analytics on it.
